If I choose not to quote, will I still be charged?
You will only be charged for enquiries that you accept to quote on. Before accepting the request you are provided with enough information to make an informed decision on whether to quote or not.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the fact that new accounts have access to 10 free quotes to trial the platform, we don’t offer refunds.
What methods of payment do you offer?
Our payment system is integrated with PayFast. You can pay with EFT, Credit, or Debit Card.
Do the quotes I purchase expire?
No they don't expire. You can keep them for as long as you like and use them whenever you like.
